Welcome to La Calma (www.lacalma.gr). By booking a stay at our short-term rental in Palekastro, Sitia, Crete, Greece, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
A valid payment method is required to confirm the booking.
Full payment or a deposit (as specified) must be made at the time of booking.
The remaining balance (if applicable) is due 14 days before check-in.
We accept payments via PayPal and Bank Transfer.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 90 days before check-in.
Cancellations made less than 90 days before check-in may result in a partial or full charge.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
